Plant maintenance is an integral part of what we do. After we've designed a plant program for our client and they've agreed to a one year or more lease term, we install the plants.

The plants are grown in Florida, California, and Hawaii and are shipped from nurseries there to our suburban Chicago office every week.After the plants are installed, one of three of our experienced technicians (see photos) visits each account regularly (usually bi-weekly but on a few larger accounts weekly). They are experts at precision watering of the plants and grooming.

Plants change as time passes. Many types of plants can become unattractive over time because they've grown in an odd shape, lose too much foliage, or have foliage fading and spotting. Part of our service is a replacement guarantee: we change unattractive plants immediately at no additional cost to our client.
